The renowned Music Executive producer of Lynx Entertainment has revealed in an interview on Happy 98.9 about his fear while venturing into artiste management.
In recent times, we've seen artistes managers who struggle bringing up new artiste to the lime light. However, these artistes leaves immediately they get few hits and attention from the media thinking they can survive the industry all by their selves.

According to Lynx CEO, his fear in this case, was the discourages from friends and neighbors. Even to the extent where his mum wanted to give him a try between helping him establish a studio and of going to the University, people still came in insisting he is too young for such risk.

Knowing well his dream and aspiration, he turned a deaf ear to all the critics that came his way and since 2006 to present, his label has produced over twelve (12) big artistes including himself in Ghana and Africa.

The record label has been responsible for successfully launching the solo careers of Ghanaian musicians Richie, ASEM, Irene Logan, OJ Blaq, Eazzy, Zigi,Jayla, MzVee, and more recently KiDi and Kuami Eugene as well as duo talents Dopenation.

Really meeting his ambitions, despite all the critics and backbites. His artistes have received awards severally on various platforms including one of his artiste, Kuame Eugene emerging as the Most Promising Artiste at All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) in 2018.
According to Richie Mensah, despite all the ups and downs in the industry, he has excelled.
